A vacancy exists for a Financial Accountant, based at Life Eugene Marais, reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance and management of accounting processes to achieve compliance, standardisation and efficiency in the function.

Critical Outputs

Assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager to maintain the strong financial control environment and enhance corporate governance practices.

Assistance in coordinating Internal and External audits and achieving Green Internal Audit Ratings and External Audit reports that contain no financial issues other than housekeeping matters.

Assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager in reviewing the monthly trial balance, with focus on material transactions including balance sheet reconciliations and identify anomalies, queries and errors ...
