Job Description
Key Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) with 7 years finance experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SYSCOHADA, tax (VAT/Corporate), and compliance frameworks
- Experience in international service, logistics, or multi-entity finance environments
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP or ERP system exposure advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report and Procure to Pay finance functions
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance
- Ensure tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and risk management
- Lead and develop finance team while supporting business strategy and decision-making
