Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 to 5 yearsâ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS / IFRS for SMEs.
- Experience on Xero & Pastel essential.
- Completed Articles (SAICA / SAIPA preferred, but not essential).
- Month End Close Process:
- Prepare and post all month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, financing charges).
- Ensure all transactions for the month are completely and accurately recorded.
- Review trial balance for completeness and accuracy.
- Process monthly payroll for clients.
- Prepare VAT for client review.
- Prepare monthly accounts pack (income statement/balance sheet/tax provisions).
- UIF and ROE submissions (beneficial).
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations:
- Bank accounts.
- Trade receivables...
