Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including P&L, balance sheet review, variance analysis, and reconciliation approvals.
- Resolve open items and issues during close cycles by coordinating with outsourced vendors (e.g., Accenture, KL-based).
- Review and manage work performed by BPOs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support finance management on ad hoc projects or analysis.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes.
