The role provides specialist short‑term insurance knowledge and quality direct sales service that results in the production of business from new and existing sources, contributing to profitability and growth through effective delivery of sales targets.
Responsibilities Provide specialist short‑term insurance knowledge and quality direct sales service. Manage the end‑to‑end customer experience for new and existing business by providing first‑line support to resolve queries. Be responsible for procurement of new business and expand sales of products and services with existing customers. Work mainly with own leads. Qualifications and Experience Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4). At least 24 months experience in short‑term insurance. Appropriate insurance qualification (FAIS and RE5).
