Job Description
- Constantly works towards providing partner cooperatives with best‑in‑class solutions and service
- Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationship with partner cooperatives and counterparts
- Coordinates with the other Advisors for service integration
- Conducts financial diagnostics of partner cooperatives, analyze data gathered, and prepare recommendations
- Installs appropriate policies, systems, procedures and tools
- Trains, coaches, mentors Coop staff in the use of new forms, implementation of the recommended systems and procedures, and in the preparation of required reports
- Develops Policy and Procedures Manual on Financial Management
