Financial Advisory Operations
3 months contract, starting from June
Working Days: 2 days per week
Working Timing: 9am – 6pm (1 hr lunch break)
Working Location: Central Area (Near Telok Ayer / Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Raffles Place / Shenton Way MRT)
Responsibilities & Duties- Handling documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Arranging and organising documents
- Checking and verifying information
- Data entry duties
- Providing backup support when support staff are on leave
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Prior office administration experience
