Finance Planning and Analysis Lead

We’re looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Lead to join us at Telia. The role is led by CFO Terhi Horppu and focuses on driving financial performance, transparency, and data‑driven decision making across Telia Finland.

Responsibilities

You will lead FP&A activities, driving planning, forecasting, and performance management to support business growth and profitability.

  • Develop and drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance follow‑up processes across Telia Finland
  • Create insights, reporting, and analytics to improve profitability and support data‑driven decisions
  • Consult and collaborate with country leadership and finance teams on financial performance and growth initiatives
  • Support monthly closing activities and contribute to strategic projects and assignments
