- Conducts and/or leads complex and/or major financial evaluations, studies and forecasts with significant and long term impacts and/or political sensitivities involving new business activities, emerging financial and strategic issues, etc.; analyzes and assesses business and financial risks, opportunities and requirements; develops and presents recommendations; develops related financial and/or business solutions or program/project proposals, budgets, business cases, and/or proposed feasibility studies and/or pilots for assigned studies and projects.
