Financial Analyst - Decision Support (Hybrid position)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst - Decision Support.

In this role, the successful candidate under the guidance of the Director of DSS, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for producing financial reports and analyses that assist in monitoring the hospitals financial performance. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting (deadline driven), projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned using the EPSi decision support/cost accounting system, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Data Bricks, Alteryx, Excel ( pivot tables, vlookups, advanced formulas), SQL, and other software as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the internal costing system (EPSi) and effectively run accurate EPSi reports; understand the relationship between the various EPSi fields and the potential restrictions when resolving crucial business decisions from stakeholders
