Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To help the company communicate clearly with investors and support management with financial insights. The role will also assist in preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and presentations for internal management and external stakeholders.
This position will start as an individual contributor working closely with the CFO and senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Investor Relations Support
- Prepare investor updates, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Support communication with existing and potential investors.
- Help organize information required for investor discussions and fundraising activities.
- Assist in preparing board materials and management presentations.
- Maintain and organize investor information and data room documents.
- Track key company performance indicators and prepare regular summaries for investors.
