- Perform all lease administration/financial duties, including AP/AR and accruals.
- Assist the Financial Controller in monthly and quarterly closings by timely and accurately providing comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with client requirements.
- Prioritize and maintain high volume workload and productivity standards for the client.
- Research, analyze and effectively communicate complex accounting issues and elevate appropriately.
- Apply appropriate procedures for the preparation of accounting records, research of transactions and reporting.
