Job Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor inventory records, pricing structures, and payment terms.
- Assist in preparing profit and loss (P&L) reports and financial summaries.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, and financial data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial planning activities.
- Use SAP and other systems to record, track, and analyze financial transactions.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

- Real estate industry experience is required.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory, pricing, payment terms, and P&L preparation.
