Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst

Joyson Safety Systems is a global leader in design, development, and manufacturing of safety‑critical systems for automotive and non‑automotive markets.

Responsibilities
  • Support financial controlling across manufacturing plants in Mexico.
  • Analyze cost performance versus Budget/Forecast (labor, overhead, material).
  • Prepare variance analysis and month‑end reporting.
  • Support dashboards and automation using Excel and Power BI.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Power BI experience (preferred).
  • Strong financial and cost controlling knowledge.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A.
