Highly analytical, results-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. Works closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide insights on financial and operational performance.

Monday to Friday — Base hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST)
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units
- Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models and forecasting tools
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives and decision‑making
