Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage disbursements, including vendor payments, payroll funding, and other company obligations.
- Prepare and reconcile bank transactions and balances.
- Assist in forecasting short-term and long-term cash flow requirements.
- Coordinate with banks regarding fund transfers, account management, and other treasury services.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies in all disbursement activities.
- Support audits by providing necessary treasury and payment-related documents.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize cash management and payment systems.
