Finance Manager – Nonprofit Organization - PLAINVIEW, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK
Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a mission‑driven nonprofit seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Finance Manager with solid nonprofit and Medicaid or Healthcare experience.
As the Finance Manager, you will:
+ Lead the month end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
+ Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations
+ Oversee Medicaid billing, collections, and revenue performance
+ Monitor Revenue KPIs including AR, denials, and collections
+ Ensure compliance between billing, documentation, and regulations
+ Oversee grant financial tracking and reporting
