Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong clientele database
- Conduct fact-finding interviews to identify clients’ financial objectives
- Analyse client data to recommend suitable financial strategies
- Deliver tailored insurance and investment solutions to meet clients’ unique needs
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through periodic reviews and follow-ups
- Provide sound financial advice while adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Actively engage potential customers to expand the customer base
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to support career progression
- Leverage a proven performance-based framework with stable monthly payouts
- GCE ‘A’ Level with passes
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, or
- Polytechnic Diploma awarded in Singapore or equivalent
