At Sii Group Colombia , we are looking for a Financial Controller Analyst to join our internal finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a Financial Controller position, gaining exposure to performance analysis, reporting, and financial processes.
What you will own
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor financial performance (revenue, margin, productivity).
- Contribute to the monthly closing and performance review cycle , preparing data and analyzing results.
- Ensure data consistency and reliability within the ERP.
- Automate financial processes using VBA in Excel to improve efficiency.
- Participate in the analysis of KPIs and operational performance , identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling tools and reporting. <...
