Job Description
Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park. They are currently seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the property's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cost control, and overall financial performance while supporting strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within the hospitality industry
- Previous experience as Financial Controller or Director of Finance in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience handling financial audits, taxation, and compliance matters
- Knowledge of hotel accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills
