Summary:
Seeking an accomplished Financial Controller for finance functions in India. Reporting directly
to the CFO, this pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the organization‘s financial health and strategic direction.
Experience:
Qualified CA/CMA with 10+ year (Preferrable Auto-component, Tier 1/Tier 2 Supplier to OEM) Proven track record in Finance controlling role for Mid to large-scale manufacturing operations preferably multi-location, driving improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams, In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.
