Job Description
Mission
- Supervise and support the daily work of the accounting team
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
- Conduct financial analyses (costing, inventory, margins, variances, profitability)
- Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper end‑of‑period entries
- Coordinate annual audits
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes, including through automation tools
- Develop performance indicators and dashboards
- Perform any other related tasks
Your profile
- University degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME
- Member of the CPA Order
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset)
