Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Consolidate financial data across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
- Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual) and present actionable recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business unit managers.
