Job Description
Financial leadership, accounting & reporting (PL & NL)
- Lead all accounting activities for Poland and the Netherlands, including GL, month‑end close, reconciliations, and internal reporting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP for group reporting and local statutory accounting (Poland & Netherlands)
- Partner with U.S. Corporate Accounting on reporting, policy alignment, and audits
- Design, document, and implement SOX‑compliant internal control frameworks
Tax compliance & cross‑border structuring
- Oversee VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing and PE matters across PL / NL / US
- Support U.S. Tax team on intercompany transactions and BEPS considerations
- Coordinate external tax advisors and ensure timely, accurate filings
- Lead compliance with e‑invoicing and digital reporting regulations (incl. KSeF)
