- Lead end-to-end financial operations, reporting and controls
- Deliver accurate management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Oversee audits, statutory compliance and donor/grant reporting
- Manage cashflow, assets and financial risk
- Lead and develop a small finance team
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ financial management experience (non-profit experience a plus)
- 2 years’ management experience – of a small team (2-5 people)
- Strong working knowledge of SA tax, compliance and IFRS for SMEs
- Advanced Excel skills and solid accounting system experience
- Detail-driven, ethical and commercially minded
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (professional qualification advantageous)
