The Role
Finatal is partnering with a £10m ARR PE backed SaaS business going through strong growth and heading towards an exit. The client is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who can work closely with CFO to help grow the business, with a strong understanding and experience of SaaS metrics, and SaaS exposure in a PE backed SME business.
Key Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management accounts, analysis, and commentary for review by the CFO and senior team.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
