The Financial Controller is responsible for accounting activities, ensures tax compliance, and prepares the consolidated monthly financial statements of the legal entity related to Pomerleau’s major projects. The role also involves coordinating the monthly reporting of all projects within the Major Projects division, as well as monitoring project budgets and corporate overhead costs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
- Oversee bookkeeping activities and invoice payments.
- Supervise internal financial controls and accounting processes, and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
