Job Description
- Coordinating the collaboration with the external auditor and tax advisor: managing deadlines, providing required information, and safeguarding the quality of their output.
- Monthly delivery of financial reports to the Financial Controller in the Netherlands, including commentary on variances.
- Acting as the point of contact for finance colleagues in the Netherlands on questions regarding the Polish administration and financial results.
- Critically reviewing the work of the external bookkeeper and flagging discrepancies or risks.
- Performing financial analyses: cost analyses, variance analyses, production cost tracking, margin monitoring, and ad-hoc analyses at management's request.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes and reporting flows.
