SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Position
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities within a hospitality establishment. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cost control, and effective financial planning to support the profitability and operational success of the business. Key Responsibilities
Financial Management

  • Oversee the daily financial operations of the establishment.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure accurate accounting records and financial systems are maintained.
Budgeting and Forecasting
