About the Job The Financial Controller will own the financial operations of the Singapore entity, ensuring rigorous accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring deep expertise in both traditional financial controls and the nuances of digital asset accounting. You will work closely with the executive team, external auditors, and our compliance team on all finance‑related matters.
Your responsibilities will include
Ownership of the month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with SFRS / IFRS
Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures across the Singapore entity
Assist with regulatory reporting obligations to MAS, including MPI licence compliance and safeguarding obligations
Oversee GST filings, corporate tax compliance, and transfer pricing documentation in coordination with external advisors
