Financial Reporting & Controllership
Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance functions across multiple entities, including asset companies, SPVs, and holding companies. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee consolidation, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial processes to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. Review and validate financial data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
