As a
Financial Controller , you oversee the Finance team across the full spectrum of accounting and financial function. However you will be tasked the
FP&A, Corporate Finance and Treasury, Tax structuring, Compliance and Cashflow Management . Other than, you will be heavily involved in statutory group reporting and compliance, including the preparation and review of Annual Report, and corporate governance documentation. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you are highly visible to the Board and confident in stakeholder engagement, to prepare, review, and finalise board papers for Audit Committee (AC) and Board meetings, including; quarterly results and decks, financial results, real estate valuation announcements, and accounting treatment memos, presenting quarterly financia...
