Job Description
Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including financial planning, analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams to determine funding requirements and manage cash flow in line with organizational agreements.
Maintain rolling forecasts to support financial planning and resource allocation.
Review and analyze budget performance (actual vs. budget) to identify potential variances.
Source and manage competitive providers for bonds, insurance, and other financial instruments as needed.
