Job Description
1. Financial Reporting & Group Alignment
- Lead monthly group reporting processes in full compliance with IFRS and Group standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting through consolidation systems.
- Deliver high-quality financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including clear variance and performance analysis.
- Lead and coordinate IAS 29 (hyperinflation accounting) reporting.
2. Statutory, Tax & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure full compliance with Turkish statutory regulations (TTK).
- Oversee statutory financial statements and closing processes.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and Group requirements.
