Responsibilities
- Weekly Advance payments to Growers
- Weekly Grower Payments – Assist Commercial Accountant with timeous and accurate finalisation of fixed Grower payments.
- Raising of weekly grower remittances and timeous sending of Advance and Final remittances to growers.
- Logistical Costs – Liaising with Logistics to reconcile all logistics cost and to ensure Suppliers are paid on time and within agreed credit terms.
- Recharges to Growers for any ad hoc costs
- Accounts Payable – Fruit - reconciliation
- Accounts receivable – Fruit – assisting with monitoring and reporting of outstanding Debtors
- System Improvements – Flagging and raising system challenges
