Job Description
This position involves:
Leading support and acting as subject matter expert (SME) for operational and accounting systems and systems adoption
Overseeing core finance functions, including accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Producing quality insights to influence strategy
Maintaining and enhancing financial integrity through strong controls and drive continuous improvement processes
Engaging with funders, regulators, and other external stakeholders
Monitoring financial performance, identify cost efficiencies, and assess business risks
Coordinating external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+years post articles experience with proven experience as a Finance Manager in commerce.
Retail and Financial Services experience (advantageous)
