Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
OVERSEE the financial accounts by keeping track of, and reporting on financial transactions while supervising and guiding a Finance team by setting KPI’s which are managed by one-on-ones as the next Financial Manager sought by a dynamic Tech Company in Centurion. You will be expected to always strive to look for improvements in implementation plans on cashbook, AR and AP systems and processes. Candidates must be able to take on project work from time to time and ad hoc tasks. Assistance required with Annual Audits as well as Annual Financial Statements.
DUTIES:
- Analyse the Age analysis for the company throughout the month.
- Manage the entire Finance team.
- Check all recons for payment submitted by the Financial Accountant before final sign off.
- Source suppliers and cost savings.
- Billing reviews and imports.
- Reconcile Suppliers and prepare payments where needed. <...
