Randstad Senior Finance is currently representing a large not for profit organisation who are looking to drive commercial excellence across their operations by recruiting for a Finance Business Partner Manager.
As FBP Manager you will be responsible for
- Management, coaching and development of a large, mostly qualified finance team
- Business partnering with senior operational managers in the business
- Oversight of periodical reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
- Delivery of actionable insights through analysis
- Long term financial planning
- KPI development
- Delivery of sound financial advice in relation to the wider financial strategy
- Support the financial system environment through change
- Change and transformation activities as required
