Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management
- Monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
- Cost analysis, margin analysis and profitability tracking
- Financial controls, stock control and fraud prevention
- VAT, PAYE, UIF, tax and statutory compliance
- Payroll oversight and labour-related financial compliance
- Strategic financial analysis and dashboard reporting
- Supporting operational decision-making and business growth
- Assisting with HR administration, recruitment support and employee records
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong financial management and reporting experience
- Experience within agriculture, farming, production, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be advantageous
