Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer is responsible to analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support as well as improve financial status of the Company by analyzing business results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management. This position also includes assisting annual budgeting and forecasting.
Functional Competencies
- Excellent systems skills and hands-on experience with ERP system;
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and business intelligence tools.;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
- Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization;
- Works quickly with a sense of urgency;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
