Role Overview
The EB Operations Analyst is responsible for processing a range of specialized operational activities that may require research and investigation beyond standard procedures. The role requires a strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes, as well as the ability to manage complex tasks, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage specialized operational activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Conduct research and investigations for cases that fall outside standard processes. Monitor and control operational processes, ensuring issues are identified and escalated appropriately. Handle complex or higher-risk transactions with care and in line with risk controls.
