Job Description
Overview: A Financial Operations Analyst have deep knowledge in settlement and reconciliation process and systems of a fintech and digital banking transactions. They are excellent in preparing reconciliation reports and documentations.
What you will be doing:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring alignment with internal systems, bank statements, and partner reports.
- Reconcile money movements, including payments received and settlements with partners, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Compare transaction data across multiple sources (e.g., bank statements, partner reports, CMS, SAP) to identify discrepancies and variances.
- Prepare reconciliation reports, escalate identified variances, and support investigation and resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
