Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Location: Home-based with some travel required

We are a Ministry of Justice business that provides critical services to HMPPS, and we are seeking a commercially focused and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
Working closely with the FP&A Manager and stakeholders across the business, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes while delivering high‑quality analysis and insight. You will also contribute to improving reporting, strengthening data quality, and helping the business better understand its financial performance.
