Senior FP&A Manager / Head of Finance

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve finance backlogs in accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple business lines, aligned with both local and regional standards.
- Drive system transition to Xero, ensuring smooth setup, adoption, and integration.
- Manage P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
