Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist will play a critical role in supporting North America Insurance Business Operations and broader FP&A activities within the Chubb Business Service Philippines. This role is responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering, while also contributing to process improvements, FP&A projects, and system enhancements.

The role will act as a key backup to the FP&A Lead and is expected to operate with a high level of independence, judgment, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. FP&A Support – North America
   • Provide end-to-end FP&A support for North America Insurance Business operations, including:
     • Monthly reporting (MEC / Flash)
     • Forecasting and budgeting
