Financial Reporting Expert

Description

This role is responsible for the end-to-end preparation of consolidated/standalone financial statements, ensuring that complex multi-entity data is transformed into accurate, compliant, and actionable reports. Beyond the mechanics of the month-end close, he/she will act as a strategic gatekeeper—performing technical accounting research, managing regulatory compliance across multiple government agencies (SEC, NTC, BSP), and driving automation projects to modernize the reporting function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting

Prepares monthly consolidated financial reports including system processing, consolidation queries among others

Acts as a point person for portfolio companies assigned. Tasks include but are not limited to compliance, consulting and review of accounts.
