About the job Financial Reporting Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Over-all responsible for the timely uploading of reports in IDL and submission of month-end financial reports for Legal Entities duly assigned.
- Responsible for the accuracy of balances in the accounting books and financial reports.
- Support the Legal Entities in the YE audit.
- Respond to queries of the Legal Entities in relation to the financial reports.
- Recommend improvements and streamline the accounting processes.
- Report to IT any deviation or unusual items in the ERP.
- Lead, direct, motivate and supervise the Team/s.
- Train staff.
- Monitor the productivity of every staff.
- Monitor and approve the leaves, overtime and undertime of the staff.
- Perform YE staff appraisal.
- Communicate to the Head of Shared Services matters that could potentially affect the Teams performance.
