Credit Analytics Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a driven Analytics Officer to join our Credit Risk & Analytics team. This role focuses on credit risk modeling, portfolio analytics, and data-driven strategy within the BFSI sector. You will help build and enhance credit scorecards, support risk decisioning, and contribute to the development of a strong in-house analytics capability while working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance credit risk models (PD, with exposure to EAD/LGD a plus)
- Manage full model lifecycle: data prep, EDA, feature engineering, development, validation, and monitoring
- Translate analytics into credit strategies (cut-offs, limits, segmentation)
- Conduct portfolio analytics to identify risk trends and early warning signals
