Hiring for ‘Deputy Head- Financial Inclusion‘ for a leading Bank.

Required any graduate with min 15 years in financial inclusion experience in a Bank .
Candidate would be responsible for leading the Bank‘s Financial Inclusion initiatives and Government Sponsored Schemes (GSS) portfolio. The role involves monitoring Central and State Government programs, ensuring achievement of business targets, managing regulatory reporting to RBI and SLBCs, responding to compliance and audit requirements, and driving the implementation of government-sponsored asset products across business verticals. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure effective execution, governance, and growth of financial inclusion programs.
