Job Title: Finance Specialist / Accountant
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Role Summary:
Manage daily financial operations, ensure local compliance, and support reporting to headquarters. Experience with Chinese companies or knowledge of Chinese language is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax filings (Brazilian tax system).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support internal audits.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams on budgeting and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and corporate policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–5 years of finance/accounting experience in Brazil.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and accounting standards (BR GAAP).
